Thank you for choosing CHADD as a resource for your organization. Upon receipt of payment and completion of the speaker request form, CHADD staff will contact your organization within two business days. CHADD staff will coordinate a speaker and facilitate communications between your organization and the speaker. CHADD speakers will provide a minimum of 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of Question-and-Answer discussion. Following the presentation, CHADD will provide a 20% membership discount for your organization’s attendees.
Organizations, including individual employees and/or attendees, may record the presentation for internal use only. No recording shall be reproduced or transmitted outside of internal communications, in any manner or by any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement with CHADD relating to and permitting such reproduction or transmission.
In the event the speaker is unable to present due to technical issues, accidents, sickness, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other conditions, CHADD staff will contact your organization to reschedule at your convenience.
