Upon purchase, please include the first name, last name, and email address of each registrant in the following form: Teacher 2 Teacher Registrants. Registrants will receive a welcome email to set up a password with Thinkific within three business days. If you do not receive a welcome email, let us know by emailing training@CHADD.org.
