Dr. Robin will describe how Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) can help adults with ADHD challenge extreme thinking, be more productive, improve organization and time management, and improve interpersonal relationships. He will use case examples to illustrate what the CBT therapist does to help the individual change in each of these areas.
