Description

Adult ADHD/AuDHD Peer Support

Hosted by CHADD of California

Date: February 1, 2026

Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm PST

Audience: Adults with ADHD/AuDHD

For adults (18+) with ADHD or AuDHD, this weekly online support group provides a supportive space to connect, learn, and feel understood. What began in 2018 as a small in-person group in Los Angeles has grown into a vibrant online community—with people joining from across the country and even around the world. We welcome new faces every week and you’re always invited to come exactly as you are.

Our group is a judgment-free, supportive space where we talk honestly about the everyday realities of living with ADHD/AuDHD. Some of us were diagnosed in childhood, others much later in life. Some take medication, some don’t. We all have different backgrounds and experiences and that’s what makes the conversations so helpful.

What we’ve learned over the years is that ADHD/AuDHD gets a little easier to navigate when we can talk things through with people who truly understand. Saying something out loud, hearing a reminder we didn’t realize we needed, or seeing our own experience reflected in someone else’s story can create real movement. Week after week, people leave with a clearer sense of direction and a renewed belief that they can make meaningful progress—not because the challenges disappear but because they’re no longer carrying them alone.
