The Parenting ADHD/AuDHD peer support meetup is a space for parents and caregivers to connect with others navigating similar challenges. Together, we explore everything from school struggles, meltdowns, and daily overwhelm to guilt, stigma, and the pressure to do it all. This is a judgment-free, real-talk kind of community—because parenting ADHD isn’t always easy, but it helps when you’re surrounded by people who truly get it.

Most weeks we host an open discussion forum—so bring your questions, your stories, or just yourself. Whether you’re here to share, listen, or simply soak up some support, you’re welcome!
