ADHD + Addiction: Support Group for ADHD Adults (18+) in Recovery

Dues-paying CHADD members are invited to register for our weekly ADHD + Addiction peer support group, a welcoming space for adults (18+) navigating the challenges of ADHD/AuDHD and addiction. Led by facilitators with lived experience, our group provides a supportive environment to share struggles, explore solutions, and encourage each other on the journey of recovery. Newcomers are always welcome!

Our meetings offer a safe, judgment-free space to talk about the unique challenges of living with ADHD while working on recovery. Whether you were diagnosed as a child, as an adult, or remain self-identified, you are welcome here. Some of us take medication, some don’t. Some have been on this path for years, while others are just beginning—but we all come together with the shared goal of building a better life.

In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who truly understand what it’s like to live with ADHD/AuDHD and addiction. We exchange practical insights, tools, and strategies—not from textbooks, but from real, lived experience.
